The best pay-off we have to offer… We go off the beaten track and our guides show you the true meaning of Freeriding!
Along with visiting the bike parks in Châtel, Avoriaz, Morgins & Les Crosets we ensure you an action packed week on which your level will increase amazingly fast. Arrivals are on Saturday 20 and 27 August.
Is this trip for me?
The Lets Ride! mtb trips are available for all levels. Just 18 or older, male or female, it does not matter! As long as we share the same religion: MOUNTAIN BIKES!
The Portes du Soleil is so diverse that we can offer challenging tracks to all riders. We ride with a max of 9 riders per guide. Naturally, there are some differences within the group but our experience is that this only progresses the learning curve. If you just started out riding downhill we would advise you to come the first week, here we focus more on coaching and riding techniques.
Our Programs.
All programs are optional. Together with your guide you can ride anywhere you want and if you want to explore the area on your own, that’s fine too!
We're all out to have as much fun as possible and ride fast but, no worries, we don’t like a competitive atmosphere…

Swiss Bike Safari.
Several times we were told: "I’m up to speed and really pinning it now, I would like to stay another week”. In response MTBM now offers a 16 day Downhill adventure! We’ll show you all we know about the Portes du Soleil and take you on two superb Road Trips to very special locations all within a 60 minute drive!
To get an even bigger adrenalin rush, we offer you a 13 day lift pass for the PDS, a perfect stay in our legendary chalet and two road trips on Wednesdays (including lift pass or Uplift!). To end your stay in style we’ll be present at the World Championships Downhill & 4X in Champéry all weekend long! Now that’s what we call a Downhill bike Safari.
Is this trip for me?
The Swiss Bike Safari is for intermediate to experienced riders. Physically, two weeks riding is pretty demanding and we ride quite a shitload of (negative!) meters during this trip.
No fuss on the fact that every rider knows this is as good as it gets! Most of the times it’s not the riders level that’s the problem, it’s the fitness that kills you.... So come prepared and be in shape, we’ll do the rest!

Week of Champions
An all-out action packed trip on which we ride every minute we can! Your stay is extended with two days so we can be present at the World Championships MTB 2011 in Champéry.
The Worlds just around the corner on a local track in our neighboring village Champéry is an awesome possibility to attend this event! That’s why we extended our weekly stay with 2 days. Another extra is a ticket for our Wicked Wednesday Roadtrip. Being our closing week we’ll go to the max, join us this summer!
is this trip for me?
The 'Week of Champions' is for average to very experienced riders.
If you are an average rider but don’t want to waste time on mapping and getting around, come ride with us! With this trip we’ll only show you the best and be first on the tracks and last on the hill every day. We’ll share our secret spots and have a lot of fun all week long.

Arrival in Morgins. From 16:00 your room will be ready. Meet the MTBM team, unpack and fix your bike.
Sunday
Today we ride our amazing ‘Backyard Tracks’ in Morgins, build by the same guys responsible for the design and construction of Champéry's World Championship track.
Monday
Today we discover the Swiss side of the Portes du Soleil and ride tuff stuff in Champéry & Les Crosets. The final descent from the highest point of the PDS back to our chalet is super sweet, long and mellow!
Tuesday
Châtel Bike Park is huge! Today we explore this great park with many big drops, step-ups, gaps and north shore. Airtime guaranteed!
Wednesday
Own interpretation, the guide has a day off.
Thursday
Professional photo & video shoot on ou local tracks in Morgins for all MTBM guests. Ride like a pro and watch the style police...
Friday
We ride the most amazing singletrail to Linderettes and ride the DH tracks of Avoriaz. Long runs down to Morzine for lunch and then all the way back to Morgins throughout many secret trails.
Saturday
Departure day. Depending on your time off departure you can choose to rip our local tracks once more...

August 29 we ride the incredible bike park of Les Gets with it’s famous 'Canyon'.
Tuesday
Châtel Bike Park is huge! On tuesdays we explore this great park with many big drops, step-ups, gaps and north shore. Airtime guaranteed!
MTBM Wicked Wednesdays
On both wednesdays we say:"Road Trip!" In consultation with the group we go to Verbier Bike Park, Montreux, Bex or Crans Montana. Aight!

Photo & video shoots on our 'Backyard Tracks' in morgins are both thursdays bussines! Watch the style police and smile, you're on stage now!
Friday
Fast Fridays at MTBM. From Morgins to Linderettes to rip the tricky DH tracks including the French National track of 08. Down to the famous 'Pleney' downhill in Morzine and the all the way back to Morgins. On the second 'Fast Friday' we ride the Mt- Chery side of Les Gets bikepark.
Saturday
Today we ride the undervalued tracks between Morzine and Avoriaz. Not many riders know about these tracks but they are amazing...
Worlds Weekend
The maddness around the World Championships DH & 4X starts at friday night. The 4x event will take place at night and will be a feast to the eyes! On sunday we'll be there to watch the Biggest DH hapening on the planet from the first rider till the last! Bring it on!
